Your Background Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. A Master's or higher degree is a plus. Having total 10+ years of experience in power industry. Having experience working with Power System studies, Control and Protection functions development. Having HVDC or Micro Grid development or Renewable sources integration related experience is an added advantage. Extensive experience in managing projects related to power system studies, control, protection in Research and Development (R&D) environment is required. Ability to structure simplify and communicate complex topics in simple terms, with emphasis on impact. Ability to think strategically, understand the big picture and adjust available solution to diverse audiences. Experience in working in a multi-cultural team will be valued.
